University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW), Muttenz Campus, Development of Real Estate Operations

In 2018, the University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) commenced its operations on the Muttenz campus, with space for 2,500 students and 600 jobs. With the support of Drees & Sommer, the real estate operations were planned and tailored to the usage requirements. Based on the overall service strategy of the university, the internal organization was established, operating processes defined and external services such as maintenance and cleaning publicly procured.
